Say the name “Britt Bickhart” around anyone in the Pittsburgh MMA scene and see what happens.

They’ll smile. Or laugh. Or say something nice.

The reaction will be a positive one, and that’s not exactly by design for Bickhart. “Sunshine” simply projects, well, sunshine everywhere she goes –– and that includes the training room at Stout PGH.

It’s who she is.

Now making her professional MMA debut Saturday, Dec. 16, at Brawl in the Burgh 19, Bickhart looks to flip the switch and get a little mean on fight night.

That change? That’s also just who she is. A competitor at heart, Bickhart wants to achieve greatness in everything she does. And right now, MMA is her profession –– which makes for some can’t-miss action when she steps into the cage against Danielle Wynn inside the Monroeville Convention Center.
