This is a subtitle for your new post

You ever hear about a fight and immediately drop whatever you’re doing, open your calendar, and black out the date?
Yeah. This is one of those.
Khama Worthy vs. Luis Peña. The DeathStar vs. Violent Bob Ross.
A rematch. Five years in the making.
Their first fight went down under the bright lights of the UFC. Now, they run it back—not in Vegas, not in New York, but in freaking North Versailles, PA—and not just anywhere…
This is the first-ever main event in the history of Sunny Days Arena.
Read that again.
The first.
Ever.
Main event.
At our new home. And we’re kicking it off with two absolute killers going to war.
This is more than a fight. This is a moment. One that’ll be talked about 10, 20 years from now. The birth of a new era in Pittsburgh combat sports. And if you’re not there, you’ll just have to hear about it from everyone who was.
Khama is a Pittsburgh icon—violent, unpredictable, and impossible not to root for. Luis Peña is dangerous everywhere, with one of the most unique styles in the sport. You couldn’t script this better.
Two former UFC stars. Two finishers. One rematch.
A brand-new arena. A historic first. A cage that’s about to feel very small.
You’ll never get another first.
This is it.
Don’t miss it.

NORTH VERSAILLES, PA – Western Pennsylvania’s live event scene just got a major upgrade. Sunny Days Arena — Pittsburgh’s newest multipurpose event space — officially opens its doors Saturday, Aug. 9, in North Versailles. The newly renovated 27,000-square-foot facility is designed to host everything from sporting events and concerts to comedy shows, expos, and trade shows, all under one roof. Its debut event, 247 MMA at the Venue, kicks off with an electric fight card headlined by a rematch between former UFC stars Khama “The Death Star” Worthy and “Violent Bob Ross” Luis Peña in a professional kickboxing showdown. <<< GET TICKETS HERE >>> “This isn’t just a new venue — it’s a dream come to life for the Pittsburgh community,” said Ryan Middleton, owner of 247 Entertainment Group and promoter of 247 Fighting Championships. “When we started 247 FC in 2019, we envisioned a permanent home for combat sports and community events. That dream becomes reality with Sunny Days Arena — and we’re just getting started.” While Sunny Days Arena is a new name, the space is a nostalgic one for many. Located at 1701 Lincoln Highway, Suite 247, it occupies the former Phoenix Theaters on the backside of the Mosites Motorsports building — a familiar spot now reimagined for a new generation of memories. “People constantly tell us, ‘That’s where I went on my first date!’ or ‘That’s where I saw my favorite movie as a kid,’” said Hunter Homistek, general manager of 247 Entertainment Group. “Now, they’ll say, ‘That’s where I saw my favorite fight. That’s where I heard that band. That’s where I laughed all night.’ We’re preserving that emotional connection — and building something new on top of it.” <<< ORDER LIVE STREAM PPV HERE >>> Sunny Days Arena features free parking, food and alcohol sales (including beer, liquor, wine, and seltzers), high-speed Internet, a podcast studio, and a fully customizable setup for renters and producers. While 247 Fighting Championships leads the launch with 35 events already under its belt, Middleton stresses that Sunny Days Arena is open to all kinds of events — including private rentals, vendor markets, and shows of all kinds. “We’re going to turn North Versailles into a live entertainment hub,” Middleton said. “This isn’t just Pittsburgh’s new home for combat sports. It’s a home for creators, promoters, performers, and fans across every kind of entertainment. This is your venue.” Media RSVP & Interview Opportunities: Members of the media are invited to attend the Aug. 9 grand opening and tour Sunny Days Arena.
